Job summary

The Radiology Manager at Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. leads imaging services across clinics, overseeing staff, schedules, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a radiography program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). MQSA required education.
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications required.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee radiology staff scheduling and ensure high quality images.
• Ensure patient and staff safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain imaging equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT/HIT for EHR/PACS workflows and data integrity.
• Develop and implement department protocols, policies, and training.
