Job summary

Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a Radiology Manager for Wilson Community Health Center to oversee staff, schedules, equipment, safety, and throughput in radiology services.

This role collaborates with leadership to maintain high-quality imaging and patient care across the department. You will work with the Director of Clinical Services and the Chief Medical Officer on short- and long-term staffing plans, image quality, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, including MQSA

Qualifications

• Graduate from a radiography program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). MQSA required education.
• One year of healthcare operations supervisory experience preferred; three years in the field acceptable.
• Experience as a technical administrator for EHR, PACS, and dictation systems in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Radiology staff scheduling and department operations.
• Maintain and monitor imaging equipment; ensure safety and image quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety in radiology.
• Coordinate with radiologist groups for accurate and timely reports.
• Develop protocols, policies, and staff training for the department.
