Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants seeks an experienced Radiologic Technologist to advance into Radiology Manager, leading department operations and imaging services in California. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth daily activities, and expanding technical responsibilities for the right candidate.

Ideal candidates will have an AS in Radiologic Technology with supervisory experience, California CRT, ARRT(R) registration, and CT certification or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology with supervisory or managerial experience.
• California CRT certificate and ARRT(R) registration required; CT certification or qualified on-the-job experience.
• AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program completed; BLS certificate within six months of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional Mammography/MRI licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations and oversee staff to ensure smooth daily functions.
• Support a robust range of imaging services and quality patient care.
• Oversee staff scheduling and performance; ensure regulatory compliance.

Job description

An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Radiologic Technologist to oversee a growing Radiology department in California. The Radiology Manager will be responsible for leading department operations and supporting a robust range of imaging services.

The Radiology Manager will oversee staff and help keep daily operations running smoothly. There are also opportunities for additional technical responsibilities for the right candidate.

This role offers the chance to step into a department leadership position with a strong foundation and established team. The previous manager transitioned out of the role to continue working toward a degree. The department currently includes two per diem employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations.
• Support a robust range of imaging services.
• Oversee staff and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Act with additional technical responsibilities for the right candidate.

Work Arrangement

This position is currently onsite three days per week with a flexible shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology or a related field along with at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• California CRT certificate and ARRT(R) registration are required along with CT certification or qualifying on-the-job experience.
• Completed an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program and hold BLS and a valid Venipuncture Certificate within six months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Additional experience in Radiology and Mammography or MRI licensing would also be a plus.
