Overview

This role manages a busy imaging center with multiple radiology modalities, a lab, and patient access departments. Responsible for daily operations, personnel management, and financial oversight to ensure quality patient outcomes across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.

Under general supervision, the manager oversees staffing, equipment, supplies, and clinical activities, promoting efficient and accurate patient care. Implements performance improvement initiatives to maintain high standards and supports ongoing staff education to foster continuous improvement and compliance with patient care standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of three years of progressive clinical or supervisory experience in radiology, with knowledge of radiology equipment.
• Proficiency in radiology principles, meeting the criteria for ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB registration.
