Job summary

Vituity in Truckee, CA is seeking a Certified Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging in our hospital/clinic setting. You will follow provider orders, maintain safety standards, and support accurate image capture and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of radiology experience, CRT and BLS/CPR certification, and the ability to lead and train other technologists while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and radiation safety policies.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in hospital or physician’s office performing diagnostic radiology.
• CRT certification required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience as a team lead or supervisor or demonstrated lead duties.
• AART preferred.
• Ability to operate radiologic imaging equipment safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic imaging studies per provider orders and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate X-ray records, including log entries and image tracking.
• Coordinate start-up and shut-down procedures of the X-ray department.
• Oversee X-ray equipment maintenance and preventive checks.
• Train new radiologic technologists on workflow and safety practices.
• Serve as radiology workflow resource for clinic staff and technologists.
