BMC Software's Diagnostic Radiology department is seeking a Radiology Lead Tech to coordinate daily operations across Newton Pavilion, Shapiro, Menino Pavilion, Whittier and Agganis clinics. This role ensures quality services in line with policies and standards.
The ideal candidate holds a MA radiography license, ARRT(R), and BLS/CPR certification, with 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience and two years of post-high school radiology training.
Under the general supervision of the Diagnostic Radiology Supervisor, Radiology Manager and the Director of Radiology, the Lead Technologist leads, plans and coordinates the daily operations of the Diagnostic Radiology department through interactions with support and technical staff, other departments, Radiologists and others as necessary. Primary duty is to coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day operations in various locations (Newton Pavilion, Shapiro, Menino Pavilion, Whittier and Agganis clinics) to ensure the delivery of quality services in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and professional standards.
