Description:This position requires a tech, not a nurse.Candidates are expected to have neuro experience.The role offers longer assignments through early January 2027.The schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.There will be 1-2 call shifts per week and one call weekend per month.BLS and ARRT certification are required for this position.Candidates may submit their license pending approval from another state.This role involves a call rotation based on staffing levels.Weekend coverage may vary depending on staff levels.The department performs interventional neuroradiology procedures, including myelograms and aspirations.The unit is designated as a stroke center, with call coverage staffed 24/7 year-round.Candidates should possess experience in various interventional radiology skills.The work environment supports various interdisciplinary teams including pharmacy and rapid response teams.Travelers must float within their scope of practice as needed.Separation policy applies; individuals cannot return after reaching 365 total assignment days.Preferred education is a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
