Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is seeking an experienced interventional radiology professional for a day shift role at a Level 1 Trauma center. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of interventional radiology experience and relevant certifications, including ARRT R and BLS. The position involves performing procedures under supervision and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care. • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system is preferred.
• Previous charge experience is a plus.

Job description

Day shift (5x8 hours) from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM. Varied call shifts and weekend coverage may be required.

Job Description

This role is within a Peripheral and Neuro Interventional Radiology Department at a Level 1 Trauma center, providing care for a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and pediatrics. Candidates must be proficient in neuro interventional procedures such as Stroke Thrombectomy, Aneurysm Coiling, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of interventional procedures under supervision.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EPIC charting system.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed during weeknights and weekends.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology.
• Current certifications: ARRT R, ARRT VI, BLS, and state licensure.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system is preferred.
