MLR is seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Supervisor to lead a dynamic radiology team within a well-established Illinois hospital. This role focuses on directing daily imaging operations, ensuring patient safety and high-quality results.

You will collaborate with radiologists and clinicians, oversee staff development, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) credential required.
• Active Illinois state license (IEMA) required.
• Demonstrated leadership in a hospital or clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the medical imaging department to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor technologists, promoting excellence and ongoing improvement.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and staff to provide comprehensive diagnostic services.
• Manage department budgets, inventory, and scheduling.
• Implement and oversee quality control programs to optimize imaging results.
