Qualifications

• BCLS required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience; 5 preferred.
• ARRT-R Radiography credential required.
• Associate degree required.
• TX State Medical Board licensure for RT/ Radiographer required.
• 5 years radiology management preferred, 3 years required.
• Proven leadership and team development ability.
• Coaching and mentoring skills to develop staff.
• Hands-on leader with strong department presence and engagement.
• Cross-department collaboration to drive imaging workflow improvements.
• Occasional schedule flexibility.
• Strong organizational skills; plan and run regular staff meetings.
