Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred.
• Seven years' diagnostic imaging experience preferred.
• Five years' leadership experience preferred.
• CRT in state of practice preferred.
• ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises diagnostic imaging personnel, including recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and development, scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Collaborates with the leadership team for hospital strategic planning and imaging department direction.
• Manages salary, operating and capital budgets for the imaging department.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards; enforces safety and quality controls.
• Develops and enforces imaging department policies and procedures.

Education
