Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent in business/healthcare administration with 3 years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare administration with 5 years of management experience
• Healthcare experience in hospital-based development preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities for growth in assigned hospital-based service lines across the WVU Medicine Health System
• Serve as primary partner between SMG administration, local hospitals and department leaderships
• Develop business plans with financial projections and timelines for new projects
• Oversee transitions of physicians and APPs at new community hospital sites into SMG WVUM
• Collaborate with WVU Medicine leaders to develop new sites of service
• Provide administrative leadership and monitor annual budgets for designated locations
• Serve as first point of contact for contracting, compensation and operations questions
• Coordinate monthly project meetings and report performance to hospital leadership
• Identify improvements in revenue cycle, staffing, and resource utilization
• Mentor junior managers and ensure project alignment with timelines
