Monroe Hospital in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Radiology Receptionist/File Clerk to support the Radiology Department. You will answer phones, greet patients, prepare requisitions for outpatients, and retrieve patient reports and records, while using PACS and standard office equipment.

The role requires clerical accuracy, friendly patient interaction, and knowledge of radiology terms. This is a full-time position with day shifts at Monroe Hospital.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in receptionist work preferred.
• Knowledge of terminology of Radiology tests preferred.
• Starting April 2014, all new hires will require a High School diploma or Equivalent

Responsabilités

• Answer telephones and greet patients in the Radiology Department.
• Prepare requisitions for outpatients and file patient reports.
• Retrieve patient records for physicians or medical records and provide clerical support using PACS and office equipment.
