Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Boynton Beach, FL, is hiring a full-time Front Desk Associate to welcome patients, register arrivals, verify insurance, collect payments, and uphold HIPAA.

You will use the EHR system, coordinate with providers and departments, manage scheduling, and maintain reception and waiting areas for efficient patient flow.

Additionally, you will assist Medical Records and Technologist teams, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and timely information exchange within our radiology center.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient with computer systems and typing.

Responsibilities

• Front desk: greet patients, register arrivals, collect out-of-pocket payments.
• Verify insurance cards and IDs, scan documents into the EHR.
• Explain HIPAA, consent and financial forms to patients as needed.
• Maintain clean reception and waiting areas and assist with scheduling.
• Support medical records: retrieve and release information per policy.
• Assist technologists to keep patient flow on schedule and prep rooms ready.
