Aufgaben

• Ensure a pleasant experience for both patients and visitors, minimize medical risk and liability by correctly identifying the patient and verifying orders for correct procedure.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages and schedule appointments and tests as needed.
• Process and coordinate requests, print, scan, fax, and distribute documents when and where needed.
• Copy images to CD's and release records as requested following the Release of Information policy.
• Maintain continuous contact with the public, patients, other hospital personnel, and the medical staff.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Singing River Health System procedures and policies, accreditation organization, and governing guidance and publications for health care employees.
