Insight in Michigan is seeking a Radiology Tech Aide to greet patients, enter orders, and support the imaging team in preparing for procedures. This role ensures smooth patient flow within the Radiology Department and keeps patients comfortable and safe.

Qualifications

• Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Must be able to understand directions and communicate and respond to inquiries; requires interpersonal skills.
• Certification: CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and perform clerical duties such as answering phones.
• Direct patients to the appropriate radiology modality and assist with patient changes.
• Assist technical staff in Radiology and support patient records flow.
• Attend to patient needs, comfort and safety and maintain positive relations with staff.
