RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team in Washington. You will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle payments in a courteous, professional manner.

This full-time role runs Monday–Thursday 1:30pm–10:00pm and Friday 11:30am–8:00pm, with a DailyPay option and benefits package. Prior customer service and computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• One year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.
• Preferred: prior medical office experience; medical terminology helpful; insurance knowledge; bilingual.

Responsabilités

• Registration: greet patients, check-in, process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments with a cheerful, professional demeanor.
• Liaise between imaging technologists and patients regarding scanner status.
• Maintain lobby organization and assist with general office tasks.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-certifications as needed; complete ROI requests.
