St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Full-Time X-Ray Float Technologist to cover shifts across Anderson, Easton, Warren, and Monroe locations. The Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic procedures adhering to radiation protection standards and regulations.

Qualifications include ARRT-recognized education or registry eligibility with registry within 1 year of hire, NJ license if applicable, and ongoing education; BLS certification required within 3 months. St.

Qualifications

• ARRT-recognized education program or ARRT registry eligible.
• Must pass ARRT registry within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient and exam and perform diagnostic radiographic services with high care quality.
• Ensure technical continuity of care and educate patients on radiological procedures.
• Demonstrate competency in RIS/HIS modules relevant to responsibilities.
• Assist in data collection for Radiology QA/PI program.
• Maintain area readiness with equipment and supplies.
• Follow downtime procedures to ensure continuity of care.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and education.
• Provide patient education about examinations.
• Participate in annual peer review of films and consider patient history.
