Job summary

Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital in Hong Kong Island is seeking an Executive Assistant II (Radiology) to support the Department of Radiology. The role involves 24-hour AED reception duties, clerical tasks, data capture, and coordinating department supplies. Excellent communication and PC skills are essential.

University graduates or F.5/S.5 with appropriate diploma are required, with proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua. Contract-full-time position with gratuity potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform 24-hour shift duties at X-ray reception counter in AED.
• Handle clerical tasks: booking, registration, statistics, records, data capture and inventory.
• Answer telephone enquiries from patients and the public.
• Compile statistics and conduct simple analyses for department needs.
• Communicate with clients/patients and handle enquiries.
• Co-ordinate supply of department consumables/linens; inventory control.
• Assist radiographers to copy images on CD.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
