Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an Radiology - EP Tech for a 13-week assignment in New York. The technologist will support electrophysiology procedures in a two-suite EP unit, with a day shift from 07:00 to 17:30 and a 10.5 hour shift length. Prior cath lab/EP experience is essential for this role.

Expect to scrub, monitor, and circulate during procedures, with call requirements typical for the unit. The unit uses Carto, Cardiolab, and products from Medtronic, Abbott, and Boston Scientific.

Description:The unit features two operational electrophysiology suites.Currently, there is a team of three staff members, including technologists and registered nurses.The day shift runs from 07:00 to 17:30.Patient ratios are estimated at one patient per electrophysiology suite.Equipment utilized in the unit includes Carto, Cardiolab, Medtronic, Abbott, and Boston Scientific.The documentation system in place is Meditech.Call requirements are typical for this role.Independent skills to scrub, monitor, and/or circulate during electrophysiology procedures are expected.Scrubs are provided daily through a machine.
