Description:This position requires the ability to float between units.On-call coverage is required, including rotating weekdays and weekend call.Typically, this amounts to 2-4 weekdays per month and 1 weekend every six weeks.Weekend coverage is necessary, with approximately 1 weekend every 6 weeks.There may be an occasional need to cover weekend day shifts during staff PTO.The expected patient ratio is 1:1.Travelers may need to commute between nearby facilities.Candidates should provide two references covering one year within the last three years.Flexibility with the work schedule is essential.All candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in the specialty.Travelers may be expected to float between facilities.Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.Communication devices may be provided as needed for the role.
