Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Five years of relevant work experience can substitute education requirement.
• One year of experience coordinating projects or programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate seminars, classes, workshops, or programs.
• Develop objectives and monitor data toward achievement; identify problems and plan improvements.
• Provide financial administrative support for program initiatives.
• Develop, administer and analyze assessments; compile statistics and reports.
• Develop and implement recruitment and marketing strategies for students and participants.
• Interact with staff, external agencies and other departments; support NST fellowships.
• Supervise exempt/non-exempt staff as needed.
• Contribute to accreditation compliance and program evaluation.
