Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification.
• Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License.
• Minimum of three (3) years of diagnostic radiology experience.
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, teaching, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the clinical education program for Radiologic Technology students.
• Serve as liaison between the hospital and affiliated educational programs.
• Ensure students receive quality clinical instruction, competency assessment, and professional development.
• Function as a staff radiologic technologist and support departmental education, quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
