Job summary

Lasell University in Newton, MA seeks a qualified Clinical Coordinator for its accredited Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology. The coordinator plans, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates all clinical education components in compliance with JRCERT Standards, reporting to the Program Director.

The role is a 12-month academic administrator position, collaborating with faculty and clinical affiliates to ensure competency-based education that prepares students for ARRT certification and

Qualifications

• Hold an associate degree in radiography or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• Certified and registered in radiography by ARRT and hold a current state license.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in diagnostic radiography.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical instruction or teaching as a clinical preceptor.
• Knowledge of JRCERT standards and strong organizational/leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate all clinical education components.
• Ensure clinical education meets JRCERT standards for supervision and competency.
• Develop and maintain a structured clinical education plan supporting skill progression.
• Support student recruitment and retention with program leadership.
• Coordinate affiliations and supervise clinical instructors and site visits.
