Ideal candidates hold a radiologic technology degree with ARRT licensure, BLS, and 2–3 years in radiologic imaging plus 1–2 years in staff education. Regular 32-hour weeks and generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Radiologic Technology preferred.
  • Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? YES
  • Experience in staff education or training 1-2 years preferred.
  • Experience working as Radiologic Technologist, Sonographer, or related imaging role 2-3 years required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update educational curriculum for imaging professionals, including radiologic technologist students, and other imaging staff.
  • Design educational materials, presentations, and hands-on training modules.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive educational sessions to imaging staff on imaging modalities, techniques, safety protocols, and patient care.
  • Conduct classroom-style and hands-on training sessions to reinforce learning.
  • Develop and administer competency assessments to evaluate imaging staff's proficiency.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support professional development.
