Qualifications

• Requires 3 years of progressive supervisory experience in Radiology.
• Education credentials include MBA/MHA/MHI or related field; must obtain within 4 years if required.
• State licensure for Kentucky and/or Indiana in radiology imaging modalities.

Responsibilities

• Directs a system-wide team of managers and leaders.
• Designs and implements efficient imaging services; monitors performance and costs.
• Oversees staff hiring, development, and performance reviews with coaching.
• Sets short and long-range goals aligned with department and system plans.
• Supports nursing governance and promotes collaboration and accountability.
• Collaborates with system leaders on planning, resource allocation and care coordination.
• Develops policies using evidence-based guidelines and accreditation standards.
• Maintains effective communication with physicians, patients, and staff across departments.
• Supervises contracted services to ensure quality and compliance.
