Job summary

The Diagnostic Imaging Technologist at Dartmouth Health performs high quality diagnostic imaging with a focus on optimal patient care and safety. You will work under the direction of the Manager/Director of Diagnostic Imaging and collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure efficient department operations and patient access.

You are scheduled to perform as a Radiologic Technologist at least 80% of your time, maintain competency on all equipment, and participate in quality control to ensure

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA (American Medical Association) Accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Board certified by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and a member of the A.R.R.T.
• Current BCLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• The Diagnostic Imaging Technologist performs high quality diagnostic imaging with optimal patient care and works to sustain a professional, efficient department.
• Scheduled to perform as a Radiologic Technologist at least 80% of work time.
• Maintain competency for equipment used and perform quality control measures to ensure proper function.
