Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Radiology - CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Prescott Valley, AZ. The role requires CT imaging proficiency for ER and outpatient studies and ARRT/BLS certification with active state radiology and CT licenses.

Night shift, 9-hour blocks (2000–0500), Monday through Thursday, with no weekend or holiday coverage. You will work with EMR/PACS systems and familiar Philips or Toshiba CT equipment, and perform both CT and general X-ray as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CT experience.
• State Radiology License and CT License required.
• ARRT and BLS certifications.
• Proficient in CT imaging for ER and outpatient studies.
• Experience with EMR and PACS systems.
• Familiarity with Philips and Toshiba CT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners for ER and outpatient studies.
• Do not float to other areas.
• Work with in-house radiologist; no IV starts.
• Shifts Mon-Thu 20:00–05:00; no weekends or holidays.
• Perform CT and diagnostic/general X-ray.
• Follow crisis protocols.

Description:The department consists of 2 CT scanners.The technologist will not float or cover any other areas.A radiologist is in-house.The technologist will not be required to start IVs.Shifts are scheduled Monday through Thursday, 2000 to 0500.There is no weekend or holiday requirement.There is no call or standby requirement.Scrubs are provided and the color is teal.There is department-specific orientation.The average number of scans/studies performed daily is expected to be manageable.The technologist must also be capable of performing both CT and Diagnostic/General X-ray.Crisis protocols are approved for this position.
