Job summary

Middlesex Health is seeking a Radiology Coordinator to supervise imaging services in the Urgent Care Middletown setting. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate workflow, monitor quality, and mentor staff to maintain high patient care standards.

Qualified candidates will have a JRCERT-accredited radiography program, ARRT certification/eligibility, and Connecticut licensure eligibility. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• ARRT Certification/Eligible in good standing.
• State of Connecticut License/Eligible
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily imaging operations within Urgent Care.
• Mentor staff and students; provide coaching and training as needed.
• Perform QC checks and coordinate machine maintenance.
• Serve as liaison between Radiology Department and Urgent Care clinics.
• Ensure up-to-date imaging practices and uphold quality standards.
