The position involves screening participants, collecting data from multiple sources, maintaining study documentation, and supporting billing and scheduling tasks for study visits. A high school diploma is required, with Associates preferred.

Qualifications

• Assists with screening and consenting potential participants in research studies.
• Adheres to protocol-specific procedures and GCP guidelines.
• Performs quality checks on case report forms and related documents.
• Maintains billing records for study visits and tracks fees.

Responsibilities

• Collects data from patient charts, medical records, interviews and questionnaires.
• Tracks patient visits and coordinates scheduling with front desk.
• Completes and organizes Case Report Forms and submits documents.
• Provides support to coordinators in data management and regulatory compliance.
