UPMC McKeesport is seeking a flex, fulltime Radiology Clerk to support diagnostic imaging departments. The role focuses on front desk duties, patient flow, and data entry. You will help coordinate appointments, verify orders, and ensure patients have a smooth visit in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare clerical duties preferred.
• Knowledge of patient check-in processes and appointment scheduling.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the Imaging Check-In Desk.
• Schedule outpatient examinations and coordinate with Radiology teams.
• Receive calls, provide information and direct inquiries to staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and document in the imaging systems.
• Verify orders and scan documents into appropriate systems.
