• Maintain 1:1 patient ratio during the day shift; night shift on-call with a 3-person team.
• Travelers work every other weekend and rotate holidays with hospital staff.

Description:The cardiac catheterization lab is equipped with 2 labs and a staff of 10.Each lab during the day shift typically has 1 or 2 RNs and 1 or 2 techs.Patient ratio is maintained at 1:1.During the night shift, staffing is on call with a 3-man team.Typical procedures performed include left heart catheterization (LHC), right heart catheterization (RHC), percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), shockwave, permanent pacemaker (PPM), Impella, and IABP.Candidates with experience in vascular/peripheral intervention and electrophysiology are preferred.Ideal candidates are independent, exhibit a great attitude, and possess a strong work ethic.All travelers are expected to work every other weekend and rotate holidays with hospital employees.
