Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled RN for the Cath Lab to perform left heart catheterizations, complete heart catheterizations, and PCI procedures. The role requires 2+ years of RN circulation experience in cath lab settings, with ACLS/BLS certifications.

You will work in a 2-room unit with a dedicated team, supporting various complex cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate will be flexible, communicate well, and be dependable, with the ability to handle rotating call and weekend responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in cath lab settings.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform left heart catheterizations and complete heart catheterizations.
• Conduct percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) per protocol.
• Collaborate with team during procedures and assist as needed, including post-procedure care.

Must-Have:

Candidates must have experience in RN circulation for left heart catheterization, complete heart catheterization, and percutaneous coronary intervention.

Description:The unit has 2 procedure rooms and 11 staff members.Staff includes 1 RN Supervisor, 2 CNC RNs, 4 RN II, 1 Lead Tech, and 3 RCIS.There are 2 open RCIS positions.Day shift typically consists of 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters.Night shift has patient ratios of 2 RNs and 2 techs in the room.The team on call usually consists of 4 members.The equipment used includes a combination of Philips and GE labs.Typical procedures performed include left heart catheterizations, complete heart catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions, chronic total occlusions, and peripheral procedures.Candidates with experience in impella, IABP, shockwave, ROTA, CTO, Penumbra, pulmonary embolism thrombectomy, peripheral procedures, right heart procedures, temporary pacemakers, TEE, and stress/nuclear medicine will be preferred.The ideal candidate should be flexible, team-focused, a good communicator, and dependable.Call is required with rotating weekend responsibilities.
