Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx seeks an ABR-certified/eligible Cardiothoracic Radiologist to join the Cardiothoracic Imaging Division for a full-time position. The team provides coverage across the Heart Center, Cancer Center, Pediatric Heart Center, inpatient, emergency and outpatient imaging.

The staff educates and supervises two fellows and radiology residents; mentorship is available for specialized areas and for research opportunities.

Qualifications

• CT and MR proficiency for pulmonary and cardiovascular indications.
• Mastery of chest radiography.

The Position and Candidate Qualifications

The Montefiore Department of Radiology is seeking an ABR-Certified/Eligible Radiologist to join the Cardiothoracic Imaging Division for a full-time position. Our team is a collegial group that provides coverage for the Heart Center, Cancer Center, Pediatric Heart Center, Inpatient, Emergency and Outpatient Imaging. We are an important component of a growing, ACR-accredited lung cancer screening initiative and both heart and lung transplant programs.

Qualified candidates should be proficient in CT and MR for both pulmonary and cardiovascular indications and have mastery of chest radiography. Mentorship will be provided for highly specialized practice areas and for research. Our staff is responsible for the education and supervision of two fellows as well as the chest and cardiac rotations and curriculum for radiology residents.

In addition to a competitive salary starting at $425,000-$525,000, we offer the opportunity to make more income with productivity incentives. LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision and a 403(b) are also offered.
