The Department of Radiology at Montefiore Medical Center seeks an ABR-certified/eligible full-time pediatric radiologist to join the Division of Pediatric Radiology. The CHAM-based role offers competitive salary and benefits with hybrid/in-house hours.

CHAM is a busy academic center serving diverse populations in the Bronx, with access to Manhattan, Westchester, Long Island, Connecticut, and northern New Jersey.

Qualifications

• ABR-certified/eligible pediatric radiologist required.
• Completed pediatric radiology fellowship with ABR CAQ or CAQ eligible.
• Must be eligible for NY state medical license prior to start date.
• Academic rank commensurate with experience at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Participate in teaching fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Attend weekly NICU, PICU, Pediatric Surgery, and Pediatric Tumor Board Conferences, plus multidisciplinary conferences.

Job description

The Department of Radiology at Montefiore Medical Center is seeking an ABR-certified/eligible full-time radiologist to join the Division of Pediatric Radiology. Salary and benefits are highly competitive. Hybrid/In-house work hours are available.

The Division of Pediatric Radiology is primarily based at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM), a busy major academic institution having 193 beds, serving a diverse urban and suburban population located in the Bronx; a short drive or public transit commute from Manhattan and also accessible from Westchester County, Long Island, Connecticut, and northern New Jersey.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in teaching fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Attend weekly NICU, PICU, Pediatric Surgery, and Pediatric Tumor Board Conferences, Pediatric Radiology conferences, as well as monthly Multidisciplinary Liver/GI Conferences, Pulmonary, GU and Rheumatology conferences.
• Engage in ample research opportunities.

• ABR-certified/eligible full-time pediatric radiologist.
• Completed a pediatric radiology fellowship with an ABR CAQ in pediatric radiology or be CAQ eligible.
• Must be eligible for and able to obtain a NY state medical license prior to start date.
• Academic rank at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine commensurate with experience.

Benefits

• Salary range: $450,000-$525,000. Option to increase income with additional call responsibilities and productivity incentives.
• LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision and a 403(b) are also offered.
