Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract in the New York area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience and hold ARRT or RCIS certification, with ACLS and BLS up to date.

The assignment supports day shifts (4x10-hour) with a start ASAP, focusing on high-quality care and patient safety. Responsibilities include assisting in cardiac catheterization and device implantation, maintaining sterile technique, and monitoring patient

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience. The ideal candidate will possess either an ARRT or RCIS certification and will be ready for an ASAP start in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Assist in cardiac catheterization and device implantation.
• Ensure maintenance of sterile techniques during procedures.
• Monitor and interpret patient heart rhythms during procedures.
• Provide high-quality care while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience.
• ARRT or CCI RCIS certification required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience with various cardiac procedures, including PCI, PTCA, and IABP.
• Strong understanding of dysrhythmias and patient assessment.
