Atlantic Health is seeking a compassionate Imaging Support Associate to assist medical imaging technologists and ensure smooth patient flow within the imaging department. This role focuses on patient care, room readiness, and operational support to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include escorting patients, transferring them safely, moving stretchers and wheelchairs, assisting with positioning, restocking supplies, and maintaining clean, ready exam rooms.

Aufgaben

• Assist technologists by escorting patients in and out of exam rooms
• Safely transfer patients on and off exam tables
• Push and maneuver stretchers and wheelchairs to transport patients
• Support technologists with patient positioning during imaging exams
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels in exam rooms
• Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and prepared for procedures
• Answer phones and provide courteous communication with patients and team members
• Schedule patient exams as needed
• Ensures patient comfort and safety throughout their visit
