Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL, is seeking a 50% FTE CNA/EMT–level caregiver for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm–10:30pm). You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital, 1401 E State St, with additional pay differentials for evenings and weekends.

Requires CNA/EMT or related course completion and HS diploma or equivalent. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, retirement, disability coverage, paternity leave, tuition assistance, wellness

Qualifications

• CNA or EMT certification or completion of fundamentals of patient care nursing course or radiography program clinical experience is required.
• HS diploma or equivalent or highest completed degree must be provided.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA or EMT Certification or successful completion of fundamentals of patient care nursing course or completion of clinical experience in a radiography program. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
