Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned rescheduling worklist and contact patients within designated timeframes using all tools.
• Take ownership of accounts, perform follow-ups, and know when to escalate.
• Follow rescheduling/cancellation instructions and timelines, relay pertinent information to patients, offer self-pay options, follow cancellation protocols.
• Resolve all incoming patient inquiries and determine escalation needs.
• Investigate scheduling updates due to exam changes and reschedule accordingly.
