Job summary

MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Radiology Tech Aide for per diem coverage across two campuses (Augusta and Waterville). You will assist radiology staff, help with patient movement, information collection, and room turnover, while maintaining a clean, efficient environment.

Weekend shifts are typical, with occasional weekday coverage as needed. A professional, patient‑centered approach is essential to support high‑quality care in the radiology unit.

Qualifications

• Requires prior medical experience.
• Radiology experience highly preferred.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist technologists and nursing staff in direct/indirect patient care.
• Help collect patient information and track orders/images in systems.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of radiology areas.
• Exhibit professional and courteous demeanor with patients and families.
