Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-procedure duties: document patient info, explain procedures, set up sterile equipment.
• During procedures, assists radiologist and technologist, provides patient comfort, hands supplies as needed.
• Completes post-procedure paperwork; inputs pathology orders and time-out info; helps clean rooms; communicates with healthcare team.
• Orders and maintains supplies for procedures and mammography exams.
• Restocks exam rooms; completes pathology/cytology paperwork and orders.
• Provides backup coverage for other staff as needed; may assist with data collection for reports.
