Job summary

MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Radiology Tech Aide for MRI support across Augusta and Waterville campuses. This per diem role includes weekend coverage, with Saturdays and Sundays typically required, and occasional weekday shifts based on staffing needs.

You will assist technologists and nurses with patient care, help with equipment and room turnover, and ensure accurate data entry in patient information systems. Prior medical and radiology experience are preferred; BLS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous medical experience required.
• Previous Radiology experience highly preferred.
• BLS Healthcare Provider preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist technologists and nursing staff in patient care responsibilities to ensure safety and comfort.
• Support room turnover and supply management in Radiology.
• Collect patient information and track orders/images in information systems.
