Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in customer service.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist technologists with patient flow and imaging scheduling.
• Greet patients, pre-screen, and prep for imaging exams.
• Provide scheduling support for follow-up and walk-up exams.
• Release imaging records and transfer images/reports as needed.
• Help prepare exam rooms and assist patients on/off tables.
• Chaperone ultrasound exams and support on-site radiology staff.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Promote a professional, courteous, and productive work environment.
