Mosaic Clinical Technologies is seeking a Senior Radiology Informatics Specialist to lead deployment, adoption and support of clinical applications across radiology practices. You will partner with Product, Engineering and Clinical Operations to optimize workflows and improve outcomes.

You will drive onboarding and training to boost end-user proficiency, analyze usage data to identify optimizations, and act as the technical success lead during deployments. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years radiology informatics or healthcare IT experience.
• Proven track record deploying clinical applications and driving end-user adoption.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities using data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment, adoption, optimization and support of clinical applications.
• Develop onboarding, training and enablement programs to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Clinical Operations to improve workflows.
• Analyze usage, adoption metrics and workflow data to identify opportunities.
• Serve as the primary technical success and escalation lead with radiology workflow expertise.
• Travel up to 50%, with on-call and evenings/weekends during transitions.
