Job summary

Mosaic Clinical Technologies is seeking a skilled radiology informatics professional to lead deployment, adoption, and optimization of clinical applications across radiology practices. You will coordinate with product, engineering, and clinical operations to improve workflows.

You will develop onboarding and enablement programs, analyze usage data, and serve as the primary escalation contact during rollouts, with up to 50% travel and occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, information technology, biomedical engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in radiology informatics or healthcare IT.
  • Proven track record deploying clinical applications and achieving user adoption.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

POSITION SUMMARY
  • Lead the deployment, adoption, optimization, and support of clinical applications for assigned radiology practices.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding, training, and enablement programs that drive radiologist and end-user engagement, proficiency, and satisfaction.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations teams to improve applications, influence product roadmaps, and enhance clinical workflows.
  • Analyze application usage, adoption metrics, and workflow data to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and improve the user experience.
  • Serve as the primary technical success and escalation lead, supporting application rollouts while maintaining expertise in radiology workflows, imaging informatics, AI technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Up to 50% travel; Availability for occasional evenings, overnight work, on-call support, and weekend coverage during key practice transitions.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Candidates located in Florida Panhandle or Panama FL highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, information technology, biomedical engineering, or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in radiology informatics, clinical application management, or healthcare IT.
  • Proven track record of driving clinical application deployment, end-user adoption, and workflow optimization in a healthcare or radiology environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and clinical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive adoption and optimization decisions.

The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $105,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
