Qualifications

• A high school diploma and five years relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or a bachelor's degree and three years’ experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services.
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required (including advanced Excel skills).
• A bachelor’s degree and three years of administrative experience, including demonstrated management of complex scheduling, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, ability to prioritize work with little to no guidance and to manage multiple tasks concurrently, are all required.

Responsibilities

• 20% - Serves as the initial contact for the Chair’s Office, directing questions to Division Directors, staff, and student services; acts as liaison with campus decision-makers and business community.
• 20% - Administrative Coordinator for Chairman and Vice Chairs; manages workflow, electronic records, and complex filing systems to support multiple radiology divisions.
• 15% - Coordinate communication for Chair and senior leaders; triage calls, compose letters, and prepare communications for review.
• 15% - Manage calendars and schedules; coordinate annual reports, meetings, travel, and reimbursements with attention to deadlines.
• 10% - Department QGenda Lead; train staff, manage users, and resolve scheduling issues.
• 10% - Manage divisions' faculty and fellowship recruitment interview process; coordinate logistics and onboarding.
• 5% - Department website and media communications backup; update intranet pages and branding compliance.
• 5% - Assist with special projects and contract renewals as directed by senior leadership.
