Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking an Access Service Representative in Radiology for a full-time schedule. You will support patient flow at registration, verify demographic and insurance information, and input data into the Hospital’s ADT/EHR systems.

Responsibilities include pre-registration, insurance verification, and authorizations. The role covers multiple Radiology sites with a 2:00pm–10:00pm shift, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. A High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
