Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Physics, Chemistry, Physics, Radiochemistry, Environmental Science, Nuclear Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of laboratory management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory environment with radiation safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop a team of ~17 laboratory professionals.
• Direct daily laboratory operations to ensure efficient workflow and meet due dates.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and operational performance metrics.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety and radiation protection programs.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections and maintain documentation.
