Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline related to radiological analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing technical staff in a regulated lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~17 laboratory professionals and develop staffing plans.
• Direct daily lab operations and ensure on-time customer deliverables.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, accreditations, and regulations.
• Oversee safety programs and radiation protection procedures.
• Coordinate with clients on technical questions and service issues.
