Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with five years of professional experience directly related to the duties.
• Experience teaching as a Radiation Control Technician is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training using a systematic approach.
• Develop training materials such as job-task lists, qualification cards, standards, and tests.
• Ensure compliance with DOE standards and procedures.
• Develop curriculum and training materials for safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate with managers, authorities, SMEs, and field workers to tailor curriculum.
• Provide interface with technical authorities and subject matter experts.
• Respond to a rapidly changing environment with other duties as assigned.
